Cher's got the support of former X Factor contestant Diana a Vickers who believes in Cheryl's instinct, one hundred percent.
The singer told the Sun: "When you see a spark in someone and you are drawn to them, you should just go with your gut instinct - and that is what Cheryl did.
"As a singer, when you're nervous and under pressure and in a difficult situation, like in the X Factor, you have to put aside that she has a sore throat and accept that she is only human."
Although Diana understands why Cheryl put Cher through, she doesn't think the 16-year-old can win it and is putting her money on Dannii's contestant, Matt Cardle.
She said: "I really like Matt - he's my favourite. I think he will win it! Although you never know for certain at this stage, people grow."
